All of our SPIT ROASTS are cooked on site to get that "Straight from the oven taste.."
Coast To Coast The Golden Roast is a specialist spit roast catering service, equipped with mobile facilities and professional staff to host your function, inside or out.
Final numbers are required a minimum of 10 days prior & final payment is required a minimum of 3 days prior to your function.
We require a well-lit under-cover area with 2 trestle tables (or similar) for the buffet & 1 tables for preparation with access to drinkable water. This amount is subject to the number of guests.
Please provide a bin or similar for the refuse/waste as Health & Safety Regulations do not permit us to take any rubbish from the site.
The gas fired spit-roasting ovens needs to be set up as close to the preparation area as possible.
Tea & Coffee if included in your menu - You will need to supply boiling water (urn/jug) otherwise urn hire is $25.
A $200 non refundable catering deposit is required to confirm your booking. All catering deposits are non refundable to cover admin costs.
Children prices are as following: 4-10yrs - Half Price, under 4yrs - Free (Roast Rolls/Meat Only & Grazing Table Menus charged at full rate)
Catering staff are onsite for 6 hours max (4hrs prep + 2hrs after) for roast menus & 7 hours max for china crockery (4hrs prep + 3hrs after)
Delays to the catering schedule will be billed at a rate of $30 per 30mins per staff.

21-50kms - Extra $1pp
51-99kms - Extra $2pp
100-199kms - Extra $3pp
200-299kms - Extra $4pp
300-399kms - Extra $5pp

Under 60 Guests $150 Staff Costs applies
Roast Rolls or Meat Only, Party Celebration Menu, Spit Roast Wraps & Grazing Table has a minimum of 50 Adult Guests
Pig on a Spit & Shared Feasting Platters has a minimum of 40 Adult Guests
All other menus have a minimum of 30 Adult Guests
Sunday 10% & Public Holiday 15% Surcharge applies
Add a Whole Pig to any menu
$8 per person for 60+ Guests or
Flat Rate $480 for under 60 Guests
