- Our professionally trained staff prepare, cook and present the food, allowing you to completely enjoy your function and entertain your guests.

-  We clean up after ourselves and package any unconsumed foods for your continued enjoyment.

-  All meats are cooked fresh on-site to ensure quality and freshness. We are also pleased to accommodate special dietary requests.
