Three succulent meats roasted on site are served hot alongside a selection of fresh gourmet salads or hot vegetables to satisfy your guests. For a small additional cost you can also include our popular mini pavlovas and cheesecake to finish the meal on a sweet note! The meals are served on high-quality biodegradable plates with stainless steel cutlery and napkins. We set up and clean up so you can relax and enjoy your function.

This 3 course menu features cold nibble platters to start with a choice of 3 roast meats, all cooked on site, and accompanied by hot garlic bread & a range of salads and hot vegetable options for your main meal. Then to cap your night off, your guests can choose from 3 delectable desserts, satisfying every sweet tooth! This buffet covers a range of dietary options and our generous portions ensures there is plenty for everyone.
