This will depend the size and requirements of your event, however we strongly advise securing your spot with us at least 14 days in advance. If you're unable to provide this notice, we'll still strive to meet your needs. Many popular dates fill up fast, so we suggest confirming your booking as soon as possible.

You can book through your selected menu, simply click the “Book Now” button. You will need to make your menu selections, then click next step. After you have completed your contact and function details, submit your booking. We will then be in touch to confirm availability and secure your date.
We can create spectacular events for 40 to 5,000 guests, We have a flat rate of 40 adult guests, this is to cover our overheads. If your event falls under 40 adult guests, we leave all left overs behind for your continued enjoyment.
We have been catering since 1983, with the years of experience we never run out of food for the number of guests quoted. If you have a hungry crowd (IE- Footy Club) please let us know so we can best advise the options we can provide.
Depending on the style of menu being served at your event, our onsite team will usually arrive 4 hours before food service begins.

Absolutely! We're well-versed in accommodating various dietary needs, with exceptions for certain religious requirements. Our aim is to provide an enjoyable and delicious experience for all guests, and with the necessary details, we can achieve just that.
While we strive to ensure that our food items meet relevant dietary restrictions and allergen considerations, it's important to note that our kitchen also handles other food items and ingredients that may contain these elements. As a result, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace elements. While we take every precaution, we cannot accept liability in this regard.

With ample notice provided, we can reschedule your event catering booking, ensuring you retain the credit. In the case of a confirmed booking being cancelled, the following cancellation charges may apply (please refer to the Event Booking Terms & Conditions provided with your event confirmation):
Catering Deposits/Booking Fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date.
Notice of 5 days or less: Coast to Coast the Golden Roast reserves the right to demand full payment of the total event cost.
These charges compensate for the loss of assumed and potential income on the specified date, as well as other incurred costs such as food, labor, and administration. We'll make every reasonable effort to minimize your cancellation costs. Any alterations to standard cancellation terms and conditions are subject to the discretion of senior management at Coast to Coast the Golden Roast.
Should Coast to Coast the Golden Roast be unable to provide any service due to extenuating and unforeseen circumstances, clients may not make any claim other than a full refund of deposit.
A $250 deposit is required upon confirmation to secure your date and confirm the booking. Payment of the balance is due no less than 5 days prior to your event.
We do provide Trained Staff, tableware where it is required including crockery, cutlery. These elements are outlined in each menu.
We sure do, all Catering equipment and serving ware are included in your menu price.
We accept all major credit cards including American Express and direct bank deposit. Please note that all credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge
Certainly! With sufficient notice, you can make changes to your menu or guest numbers up to 5 business days before the event. However, it's always best to inform us as early as possible to ensure we have everything necessary to accommodate your adjustments.
We require a Well Lit Under Covered Area to cook and serve from, as close to the Buffet as possible. We require 3 x trestle tables (2 x Buffet + 1 x Prep) and access to water. If you have difficult site access, or require under cover, lighting etc please get in touch.
