Guest Numbers
   • A minimum charge of 40 adult guests applies to all catered functions.
   • Events with fewer than 40 guests will be charged at the 40-guest rate to cover staffing and food preparation requirements.
   • Roast Rolls and Celebration Menus require a minimum of 50 guests.
   • All other menus with fewer than 60 guests incur a $200 staffing charge.

Booking & Payment
   • A minimum $200 deposit is required to secure your booking.
   • Deposits are non-refundable and cover administration costs.
   • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 10 days prior to your event.
   • Once final numbers have been confirmed, guest numbers cannot be reduced and payments cannot be refunded. Additional guests may be accommodated with sufficient notice.
   • Full payment must be received and cleared prior to the function date.

Children
   • Children aged 4–10 years are charged at half price.

Venue Requirements
To ensure smooth service, we require:
   • 3 trestle tables
   • well-lit undercover area
   • Access to water

Staffing & Service
   • Catering staff are onsite for a maximum of 6 hours for roast menus (4 hours preparation and 2 hours service).
   • Functions requiring china crockery include up to 7 hours of staff time (4 hours preparation and 3 hours service).
   • Additional staff time due to delays will be charged at $40 per 30 minutes, per staff member.
   • Plate clearing is included in all wedding menu packages. Where plate clearing is requested outside of wedding packages, a fee of $120 applies.

Tea & Coffee
   • Tea and coffee service is available for $2 per person.
   • If selected, clients must provide boiling water via an urn or kettle. Urn hire is available for $25.

Additional Charges
   • Travel surcharges may apply for functions outside our standard service area.
   • Sunday and Public Holiday surcharges apply.
   • Replacing one menu meat selection with a whole pig incurs an additional charge of $9 per person. For events with fewer than 60 guests, a flat rate of $540 applies.

Wedding Cake Service
   • Wedding cake service includes cutting the cake into coffee-sized portions and presenting it on platters for self-service.
   • If plated or individually packaged servings are required, these arrangements must be organised separately.

   • All quotes and menu prices are subject to change without notice due to market, supplier and food cost increases.
