What are the booking requirements?
A $200 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your booking with The Golden Roast. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 10 days before the event, and full payment is required 3 days prior.What are the minimum guest requirements?
There is a minimum of 50 adult guests for Roast Rolls, Party Celebration Menu, Spit Roast Wraps, and Grazing Tables. For events with fewer than 40 guests, charges will be based on 40 adult guests to ensure proper staffing and product provision for your event.Are there additional charges?
- For parties with fewer than 60 guests, a $200 staff cost applies
- A Sunday and public holiday surcharge will be added
- Travel surcharges apply if the event is out of area
What are the venue setup requirements?
You need to provide three trestle tables, a well-lit, covered area, and access to water. A bin or similar container must be provided for waste disposal as Health & Safety Regulations prevent us from removing rubbish from the site for you.What if I want tea and coffee included?
If tea and coffee are requested, you must supply boiling water (an urn or jug). An urn is available for hire at $25. Tea and coffee can be added for $2 per person.What are the options regarding children?
Children aged 4-10 years are charged at half price, while those under 4 years are free for most menu options.How long do catering staff remain on-site?
Our staff are present for a maximum of 6 hours (4 hours preparation, 2 hours after) for roast menus, and 7 hours (4 hours preparation, 3 hours after) for events with china crockery.Book your function today!
