Plates cutlery & Napkins

We supply napkins, bondware disposable plates & cutlery. China plates & stainless steel cutlery is available - for $3.00 extra per head.

Staff

Our staff arrive approximately 4 hours prior to eating time to cook & prepare for your function. They are trained to roast your fresh meats using the Coast to Coast the Golden Roast proven method to ensure perfection. ALL meats are cooked fresh on-site.

All remaining food is left for your continuing enjoyment

Please supply adequate containers for left-overs and ensure they are refrigerated within 2 hours of serving.

Billing

We require a minimum of thirty adult guests, however if there are under 60 guests a $100 surcharge applies. Children 4 to 10 are half price; under 4 are free of charge. We accept Cash, Cheque, Direct credit and all Major Credit Cards. Credit Cards attract a 2% surcharge.

Travel

Travel costs may apply. Rates are quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Public holiday

A public holiday surcharge applies, quoted on a case-by-case basis.
